Toto, I Don't Think Were In Kansas Anymore

So I got back here about 3:30 from vacation. Yeah it was fun, but traveling across Kansas with only one radio station that plays country music is annoying...lemme tell ya. I don' t wanna have to type alot so I will give a full report tommorrow.

Episode Two

Now for the conclusion of my two part post.

So I was watching the Today Show thismorning and I saw that they were gonna have a singer come on in their friday concert. Well I'm sure that the singer woman lady is a great singer and all but I have to say that, DAMN, that commercial is pretty corny. They have the woman spinning around like a chick flick preview, and the claim her being the heiress of rock, or something like that. And they have her dancing around on stage. I dunno...maybe I'm to used to hard rock or whatever you wanna call it, but her music is like old school pop music.

Oh well its not the end of the world.

Whoo! Orthodontist appointment tomorrow.

Episode One

I hate to rant about stuff a lot, I just have problems with the world. So, I was just crushingly down the internet and I came across a message board and they were talking about a band and how they were going to release a cd on vinyl. One person said that good for them because they were gonna make more money. Another person said that they were hypocrite and because the band (Audioslave) has a good background, that was the reason they didn't think that Audioslave sold out. But if any other new band became suddenly popular they were automatically sell outs.

I began to think...how true. If I started a band and suddenly became to superstardum I would automatically a sellout and mainstream. Now, I didn't want any of that to happen (don't get me wrong, popularity and money is good) but I would be in it to play the music, and enjoy it for the love of the music. I think people need to be more open minded to music, and not dismiss the band because more than 20 people like them.

Ohh well...its not my closed mind.

I had some more to say...but this took up too much space as it is. I'll post part two later.

Land Ahoy!

Being an avid pirate fan myself, I am thoroughly disappointed in myself. Yes, I know there is a new Pirates of the Caribbean coming out, and yadda yadda yadda. But what I didn't realize, was that Sid Meier's Pirates! just now came out on XBOX. So on Friday (that's when I go to Springtown again) I'm gonna pick me up a wonderful copy. I'm so excited. I love anything and everything to do with pirates. So if you know of any pirate-y stuff just tell me about it. Ill be fascinated and completely in debt to you for it...kind of but not really.

Well that's about it...yeah I know...it's a lame post....sue me.

Cheese and Whine

Time to whine! So I've had some trouble going to sleep for no reason at all. So its not fun when I get home late from work, and have to get up early the next morning to go back to work. Gurr....

So anyway, what's this all the stupid mail that I don't want. I get endless amounts of shit-mail in the mailbox and I have to sift through it every day to sort out who is who's. But all I end up getting are stupid advertisements and/or a bank statement every once in awhile. Thought I must confess, those little booklets of useless crap like burping bottle openers and the boob TV remotes, yeah those are cool. I just sit there and look at them for no reason at all. What I really love is the geriatric stuff like the extra comfy shoe linings, bed sheet thing, and slip proof stuff.

Man I don't hate all junk mail as much as I thought I did...

E-Mail Mania!

So I have decide to try out this wonderful new thing called e-mail blogging. All I have to do is address this wonderful little thing to a special address and WHAM-O! it gets put on my blog. Also I going to try out this really cool audioblogging thing while I am away on vacation to good ole' Colorado. I think that long distance charges will be killer but I am going to bring lots of quarters (for pay-phones). So this is just a test to see what happens with the e-mail thing, because I think that it will be easier to use e-mail on vacation than logging in or audioblogging.

In other news, I am actually going to go swimming today at a public pool. If you don't know me, I'm not to keen on public facilities. Public bathrooms are not my favorite place to have to go, but if nature calls then I pick up and go. So wish me luck and hope I don't pick up some horrible disease.

In Animal World...

I think that possums are the poor people of animal world. They have the nappy nasty coats that they will have forever. Also they have that poor posture that makes them look like they are depressed. They just wonder around on the roads and side roads with out a real home. Also they dont eat real food, they just scavanged around for food.

As for someone who knows: I was not going to say that he probably is tired of cleaning up after you if you makes messes like that all the time.

Watermelon Pie

My brother and I decided that when school starts back up, we are gonna go to his dorm and make watermelon pie. Even though I have found recipes to make this thing, I don't think that theirs will be as inedible as ours. When that time rolls around, I will have some fantastic pictures for you one person to look at!

Ill try to update this later, I'm going to attempt to go to work today, but I'm not gonna guarantee because it may hurt later on today.

Where Is The Painkillers?

Good morning! Wait.....its still the same day....dang it. The awesome painkillers I got for my surgery made me really tired. I think that I'm doin good. But what the crap, I've had the hiccups ever since I came out of the stuff that put me to sleep. It was weird. I could have sworn that I was out for 5 min but it ended up being an entire hour. But things are good and I have the tooth exposed so I can pull that baby down and get these braces off my teeth. The sooner the better.

A Meal Of Epic Proportions

This was my last meal this evening before I go off to have good ol' surgery on my mouth! Ill get to the surgery later, right now I want to discuss the meal. We had pulled pork...which is kind of like a roast beef sandwich, but with malt vinegar and pork instead of BBQ sauce and beef. Then you put it between two hamburger buns and dip it in the malt vinegar. This is stuff is like heaven in and on the pork. Plus on top of this we had grilled corn and zucchini cakes. Damn it was good!

Okay now to agenda part two. Tomorrow I'm goin under the knife for my impacted tooth. I'm kinda excited but then at the same time kinda scared. Though I think the fun part is gonna be being put out after that I wake up and its the game of pain. I think I'm gonna take pictures tomorrow for a little adventure!

Time Is Running Out !

Either its the fact that I am playing video games too much or I'm gonna die, because I've been having this feeling that time is going to run out before I can do just about anything. I feel like if I don't eat fast enough that time will run out and I will die from starvation. Kinda like if you do have something done for school and you have a day to do it. I hate that feeling.

Speaking of afore mentioned video games, I bought Destroy All Humans! Man is that a fun game. Okay well I gotta go here, but later I will say something that should slightly amuse some people...I hope.
